I-485 Adjust Status and WR-702 Processing Sheet for I-485?

Hi, I am in the process of filling out the I-485 for the adjust status for my wife, but I am not sure if I need to do also the WR-702 Processing Sheet for I-485 form. Do I need that? I cannot find it on USCIS web site for download at all?! Thanks

I found it on an attorney's web site.  I've never heard of and I can't imagine why you would need it.  The form has a 1993 date on it.

Never heard of the form and our lawyer never mentioned about it. And we didn't file it with I-485 process.

On what ground she is applying for adjustment? Based on a marriage to you, a US citizen? If yes, you absolutely do NOT need the form wr-702 with your wife's adjustment of status application. All the forms currently in use by USCIS are available on their website www.uscis.gov for download.
