I-485 is pending , I'm going to Cancun in December 2008 , need Advance parole ?

ok went to the interview in May 2005 , and my I-485 is still pending , i'm going to Cancun in december 2008 , i know i need Advance parole to reentre to the US , my Q is can't find my I-94 , i dont know if i lost it or if they took it when i went to the interview . any help is appreciate it.

  1. Your I-94 should be in your passport. Do they have your passport? You need to get in touch with the UCSIS immediately and explain your situation.


  2. you will need to contact the USCIS immediately. If they do nto have it, then you need to get a copy of it.

    It will cost $300.00 to get a copy

  4. You don't need your I-94. If you are an applicant for adjustment of status, a copy of a USCIS receipt as evidence that you filed the adjustment application is needed to apply for an advanced parole using form I-131.

    Your I-94 probably expired long ago. It isn't going to help you show that you're eligible for an I-512.

  5. Yes, you need approval of AP. Otherwise, USCIS will consider that you have abandoned your application.
