I-551 stamp needed.?

I need to make an appointment to get my passport stamped. I tried to go on the USCIS website, but I have no idea what the exact link is or what form it is.

Can someone please give me a link to where I can make an appointment. Or am I supposed to go somewhere and make an appointment in person?

go to www.infopass.com

on that website, you can see where the nearest USCIS office is in your area... and you can also make an appointment from there. you print out your appointment letter which you will then present to the security personnel when you show up for your appointment.

without the appointment letter, i don't think you can enter the building.
