can i start flying with indian private airlines with 737 jet rating in usa. What radio licence must i have

    Practically...no

    What you need to do is contact the Indian consulate and make sure you have a legal ability to work in India.  then you need to get hired by an Indian Airline (doubtful that would happen without Indian certs, but maybe).  AFTER you are hired, they will train you, and during the course of your training, you will be issued the Indian equivalent of your American certifications.

    Make sure you have all your written and knowledge tests completed even before starting the application process.  That can take a while as I hear they are much more difficult than the American equivalents.
