I AM GETTING LOOSE STICHES AND AND HAVE TRIED ADJUSTING AS PER MANUAL. I have a Janome 8002D and nothing i do works eg. tightening tension for the loer looper thread and left needle thread in fact i have tightening all the dials to the last setting 9! but nothing works the stich is still loose
