I AM MOVVING SUNNDDAYYY

Hi I'm 13 and am moving sunday to VA and i live in NY right now. I am going to have a REALLY hard time leaving my friends. I dont know how to deal with all of this right now. I am also really paranoid about going into a bigger and new highschool when i dont even know anyone. And my friends and a lot of people say im pretty but i honestly dont believe it. And also there is this guy that i liked the whole entire year on and off but mostly on and i sent him a goodbye message on facebook and i didnt reveal that i liked him but he hasnt responed to it and it was really heartfelt and personal to us and he flirts with me A LOT and im just worried he thinks im weird because he hasnt responded. And i was looking for tips with all of these things, how to start in a new highschool, how to build my confidence, and how not to fret over this guy lol. Help please??

Just tell the boy how you feel because your moving far away and have nothing to fret about (all the gossip that I'm sure teens still do lol). The main reason to do it is that it will give you practice on sharing your feelings. They are yours to express and have, no boy or friend can change that. Your at the age where what other people think matters...but it really doesn't.

When someone hurts your feelings its because you allowed yourself to react that way, think about it, who is in your mind and heart besides you? ok then...d**n I'm sure you'll miss NY for sure but you'll find cool people there too. Just be yourself and don't judge them by their funny accents because yours will be funny to them too lol!

Approach it as an adventure. See site below with advice for teen girls. At this school, you will meet someone named Damon Bradley. You will marry him and have kids some day. There are many more surprises but I do not want to ruin them.
