  1. don't eat fast food. that's really unhealthy.

i would see a dietitian and he/she could tell you how to gain good weight.

  2. Even though you want to lose weight, you have to eat healthy or eating too much of that junk can get you really sick. Remember, muscles weigh more than fat. Do lots of exercise and the right things.

This site will show you how to gain weight and eat healthy

    http://nutrition.about.com/od/tryingtoga...

    Good luck!

  3. Dude. Go to the doctor. You might have a thyroid problem.

Eating fast food and being lazy is NOT going to help you... it will probably hurt you. (You're damaging your internal organs and harming your cardiovascular fitness level.) You want a mix of fat and muscle.

    Again, go to the doctor.

  4. eat alot of protein

  5. umm, you should probably consult your doctor.  don't start eating a lot of unhealthy foods just to bulk up.  that could lead to serious  health problems... a lot worse than people complaining you're too thin.  don't skimp on your exercising either!  you need all that to be healthy.  you could have a serious medical problem.

if it's just that you have a high metabolism, the next time someone says something to you, compare eating and exercise and THEN let them decide who's healthier.

when i lost a lot of weight at once (which turned out to be a serious medical problem, which is why i say you should go to your doctor), my doctor told me to drink ensure until we could figure out what was going on.  one ensure a day and a HEALTHY diet with the proper balance of healthy foods should help.

just don't be unhealthy about it.  you will definitely regret it later.  trust me, it's not worth changing people's opinions of you if you're too miserable to go out for them to see the change.

good luck and if there's nothing medically wrong with you, try to love your body the way it is! excess fat is unhealthy and be glad you don't have to work as hard as some do to keep it off.

    hope i could help!

  6. My cousin was seriously underweight when he was a teenager. So the doctor got him to switch from drinking milk to drinking light cream. In his case, it worked pretty well. He certainly never got plump but he was no long skin and bones.

  7. Lift weights,do sit-ups,eat healthy-protein rich foods. Preferably from the ground instead of an animal.

  8. eat protien bars they are chocalty mmmm and good for you and will put on healthy wieght for you, trust me! =) x

  9. eat more meals and lots of healthy snacks.  Nuts are a good snack.  Also, eat some whole grain pastas.  Not the refined ones.  YOu want to ultimately add muscle, not fat to your body.  So, maybe you should look into a bit of weight training.

  10. Splurge on some ice cream and cookies and stuff.

Eat more carbohydrates - the white kind, not the wholemeal kind - and eat more fats and oils like avocados, nuts etc.

  11. My best friend also has this problem, so I looked up solutions for it the one day. Fast food is not the way to go. That's ridiculously unhealthy, and even if it's not making you gain weight, you're still hurting your body. Eat large meals throughout the day, and also large snacks. Lots of protein will be in your favor, and high calorie and high UNSATURATED fat foods are good. Nuts, beans, and whole grains will also help. If you're picky, just go with a PB&J on wheat (but that would be a snack, not a meal!) Also, not working out isn't wise. Lifting weights rather than any cardio or anaerobic workouts will help you gain weight/muscle.

    That's about all I can offer. >_>

  12. There can be many reasons for this. Your Genes. Also for example

an overactive Thyroid. Your Metabolism etc. etc. etc.

You may have yourself checked by a Physician.

  13. I know how you feel. I am recovering from anorexia and its the hardest thing ever! Nothing makes me put on weight! Hope you get the right answer! Or maybe go to a dietitian or something, they help me
