  4. i think with ur parnt ok. but idk i think u have to be 18 im not sure???

  5. Even if it may be legal most shops will NOT do tattoos to on minors.  They don't want to end up getting screwed over and I don't blame them.  Just wait till you turn 18.

  6. yep i agree wit randjs

as long as u hav parents permission

  7. yes, its legal

  8. If daddy signs, you're fine.

  9. im pretty sure in most places u have to be 16 with adult permission

but depending on the rep of the place..if they have very high rules(standards) kinda things...they might not tattoo u because of ur age( even if ur dad was willing to sign..they might not like tattooing younger aged ppl)

other places that are divey and dont give a c**p would probably tattoo u WITHOUT parent signature

  10. Why would it be illegal? Have you ever seen the fringe areas of the NCState campus? there's nothing but tatoo parlours.

  11. as long as your parents sign its ok cause they have legal consent over things you do

  12. i dont know about where you live but i was in the middle of a tattoo one day and this 16 year old kid walks in with his mom and he wanted to get a tattoo and they said no way not until he is 18 even if you say its ok we can't do it.

maybe its different for you, but you have to be 18 in california.

  13. Legal age for tattoos & piercing in North Carolina is 18 years of age, unless with parent or guardian signature.

  14. shouldnt be a problem if ur dads going to sign for it im in georgia and you can get 1 if a parent or legal gardian signs for it

  15. just wait until your 18...it will feel more special...who wants to feel like an idiot walking into a parlor with your daddy! if i was that age again i know i would feel really embarrassed!

  16. You can do it if you are over 16 and your dad signs.  Youre good to go!  Good luck!

  17. As long as your parent/guardian is there you can get it.

  18. Most reputable artists will not tattoo under 18 even with parents consent.

  19. If your dad will go with you and sign then it is OK...Just make sure that your tattoo will be something that you won't be embarrassed by when you are 30 years old.

  20. Yes 18 is the proper AGE!! wait a year!!

  21. google it

  22. jsut so long as your dad gives you permission and goes in there to sign the waiver, there is nothing wrong with it.
