I know it might be aggravating to hear this, but your best chance of getting auditions is to hire an agent. This way you will be auditioning for things that call for someone like you (your age, your height, your specific talents, etc.) However, if you don't want to pay for an agent (it can get expensive), there are lots of sites on the web that you can sign up for. They post your resume up and send you notices for auditions and casting calls. There is a small monthly price for those things. Also, if you do a little bit of research on the web, you may be able to find notices for casting calls. disneyaudition.com sometimes posts auditions for disney related things, if you are interested in that. If you don't know how the process works you are not ready to audition for professional jobs. They only deal with professionals. Not anyone who cares to audition.
