I ATE REALLY REALLY SPICY FOOD, WHAT TO DRINK TO MAKE IT STOP!?!?!?

I KNOW YOU WOULD PROBABLY say drink water right away or something lol but i want to know. is there like a specific drink that makes spicyness goes away quicker? thx and no rude answers plz lol hehe x]

  1. Drink cold carbonated water but also eat a piece of plain bread in between sips. The bread will absorb the irritant and the carbonated water will flush your tongue letter with the fizz.  


  2. you need something that will coat your esophagus and stomach to stop the burning. Milk, yogourt or pepto bismol will do the trick
