I Am 17 years old and i have a herniated disk. HELP?

ive had immense back pain sense the car accident i was in on Dec 23 2007(marrry christmas) thankfully i escaped it alivewith a few scars on my eyes and such.

i just had an MRI done and it showed that i have a Herniated disk.

how can this be fixed?
