I Am Just Starting Free Running And What some tips?

I dont really have accsess to urban settings but i do the tree stuff so dont bother putting that could you tell me what i should start out doing??

Oh and i stretch every day im pretty strong and in good physical shape.

  1. the primary muscle for free runnin' is above your knees , so work using squats . stairs can be of great aid , for technieque and power
