I Am having Some Printer Problems.?

I Have a OKIPAGE 14e and ever since our hard drive crashed It has been printing by itself and it prints a diamond in the top left corner of the paper What is going on? What can I do to fix this paper wasting problem?

Hello, have you tried shutting off the printer and rebooting your computer?  

Can you open your printer folder and cancel all documents?  That often times works.

You might try re-installing the drivers, probably it would  be best to do a search for new drivers.   Good luck!
