Today I Ate:Breakfast - 2 cups of Honey Bunches Of Oats With Strawberries, I used 1/2 cup of milk (I didnt have skim!) & I drink a little less than 3/4 cup. of O.J.Lunch: 3 small rectangles of Meat (my mom made) Dinner: I ate about 1 and a half of Grill Cheese! (Ingredients: cheddar cheese & Whole Wheat Toast) Then I Ate 7 small cookies that are each are 80 cal. then I ate a large cup of Chocolate Milk! I Feel So Guilty! I Have One Cheating Day Out Of The Whole Week but on Thursday I Ate A Small Bag Of Doritos! Help Please! Im Scared!!!!! :(
