I Ate Some Cookies And Chocolate Milk ... Will This Make Me Gain Weight? HELP!!!!?

Today I Ate:

Breakfast - 2 cups of Honey Bunches Of Oats With Strawberries, I used 1/2 cup of milk (I didnt have skim!) & I drink a little less than 3/4 cup. of O.J.

Lunch: 3 small rectangles of Meat (my mom made)

Dinner: I ate about 1 and a half of Grill Cheese! (Ingredients: cheddar cheese & Whole Wheat Toast)

Then I Ate 7 small cookies that are each are 80 cal. then I ate a large cup of Chocolate Milk! I Feel So Guilty! I Have One Cheating Day Out Of The Whole Week but on Thursday I Ate A Small Bag Of Doritos! Help Please! Im Scared!!!!! :(

  1. It's doubtful that one meal is going to cause you to gain weight.  If you keep doing it though, yes it will.  Learn from this and have more self control next time.

You are fine, though next time try to stick to one or two cookies.  What you eat on any given day really makes no difference overall.  The important thing is to eat well most of the time.  You have not really eaten that much today, even with the cookies.  You are probably still growing if your mom is still cooking for you, so you need the calories.  Here is a good link for you.

  3. Dear God, stop freaking out! You're allowed to eat cookies every once in a while! Unless you're eating a whole box every night, don't worry about it! Honestly, I feel bad for you. It sounds like your weight controls your whole life, and that's just a pathetic way to live.

  4. Just work out a bit more tomorrow, the cookies and chocolate milk won't make that much of a difference. You might gain... hm, what, less than 0.2 pound if that? Stop worrying, you sound way too young to be dieting in the first place, and if you feel guilty for eating a few cookies, why don't you just have water next time you feel like eating chocolate to take away the hunger.

    Geeeez so you ate some food, whats done is done - cookies are nice so why not!?  If you really can't take what you've done just do some exercise in the morning and you'll feel way better tomorow.

  8. No chill out you will be fine. Just go on a walk and relax don't get worked up about the things you eat. Try to eat everything in moderation. milk can be good for you...it has protein and calcium. You are fine! Please don't get so worked up about food. Don't be scared of food either! =)  

  9. If you're doing good about watching your caloric intake. And then cheat say one day out of the week, It wont make you gain weight.It wont help you loose, But don't worry it wont make you gain. You need to eat an extra 3,000 calories on top of the 2,000 (Average) most people eat, to gain a pound.
