I-Bulldog mp3 player

Question

I've been having issues with my i-bulldog mp3 player, which i haven't been able to figure out.I've been able to connected it to my laptop and a roommates computer, yet it won't let me delete some of the files on it, nor will it let me copy files off it. all i get is "parameter not found". On top of that it turns on to the same song everytime. i'd really like to listen to new music and at all loss. can some one help me?Thanks in advance
