I CAN'T GAIN WEIGHT FOR NOTHING!!?

I'm 21, 5'7", and 115lbs. When I graduated highschool I was 125lb, when I started college I was 135lbs, now I'm back down to 115lbs. It's embarassing because I'm so skinny and I still can fit a training bra.....help me!!

  2. 1st off I never heard a girl say being skinny was embarrassing. But I would suggest going with a lot of Italian food. Some Lasagna is your friend. And dont worry. Back in highschool I was the same way (Not that low in weight). I could eat anything and not gain weight. In my late 20's that changed. <sigh>

  3. If you really want to gain weight, just up your calories by like 1000, or more, a day.

  4. eat more move less it's how you gain weight ... you can also try doing some sport you'll gain muscle which it's the better side of gaining weight :)

  5. Take in more protein.

  6. first you need to see a DR. if he say's you are in good health, maybe it is not your  nature ? **if you are anything like most women when  we   turn 40 yrs old. LOOK OUT

  7. eat chocolate

    sweets

    bread

    pasta

    cakes

    go bakery everyday

    watch telly

    sit at the computer

    dont stop eating

    eat til you burst

    lol

  8. Ok, listen. God made us the way we are and you should be happy no matter how you look as ong as your healthy. but, if youre really desprate, sit on the couch and stuff our face with everything unhealthy you can get your hands on! make sure you dont get too fat!! haha, hope this helps
