I CANNOT VIEW MY MESSAGES ON EBAY?

Hello all, i wonder if someone can please help me. I recently had a problem with my pc and my b-in-law put AVG8 adn Zone Alarm on for me which seemed to resolve it BUT now i cannot view any ebay messages or go on to paypal or anything which is infuriating and i just cannot see why. I think i also have spybot but i am really desperate to view my paypal account too which seems to work then it just goes to a blank page - can anyone please help???? Thanks so much - please dont go all techie on me as it won't make any sense to me!!

AVG have inherent problems and block lots causing untold probs - either email AVG which might resolve issues or remove it completely and pay for a program called ESET - guaranteed not to cause problems - SPYBOT is good but can remove needed files but you can restore a previous registry - another great free program is EUSING.COM - who offer a great registry cleaner and windows washer - if you use these programs it will help clean up your system and speed it up - when you use eusing it will ask you if you want to make a donation just use the skip facility and it will take you into the program
