ok so its almost 1:20 in the morning and i cant go to sleep. does anyone have any tricks that makes u go to sleep plz i really need it

  1. Try drinking warm milk. Or just relax, don't stress over that you can't sleep,it will only get worse. Turn on a fan,sometimes cooling yourself down will help. Listen to a view songs that are quiet to somewhat quiet. As in, don't listen to Disturbed or anything. XD If you have a cat or a dog see if they will sleep with you! :) And if you really have to, take a nice warm bath.
