  2. do some physical work and also wat really helps is those illusion pictures jus look em up and keep imagining one of em in ur head, i gets u dizzy and u gon sleep in like 2 seconds

    youre sitting in a classroom for an hour now and the teacher is droning on and on about 8 times 6 and the dude sitting beside you is forcing you to read his never ending boring-*** powerpuff girls comics

    To read till you doze off

    To find Waldo in one of those "finding waldo books"

    To take some good medication!!!

Lie down, face up for ten minutes.  Don't try to think about anything in particular, but also don't beat yourself up if something comes up.  It's totally OK if a brain worm song repeats endlessly.  You don't need to watch the clock.  At about the 10 minute mark, you'll feel yourself falling asleep - roll over.

    Of course, you could just stay up and watch the Perseid Meteor Shower all night.  When the Sun comes up, you should be able to fall asleep easily.

    1) Pray to God.

    2) Count the steps on how many is clock's arm move.

    3) Drink milk.

    4) Have a little physical excercise.
