I DONT HAVE MONEY AT THE MOMENT TO GET THEM REMOVED

I DONT HAVE MEDICAL INSURANCE

TAKING NURAFEN/PANADOL ISNT CUTTING IT ANYMORE

I CANT SLEEP OR EAT PROPERLY

ANY SUGGESTIONS?

if you can bare the pain bare it!

and ask people for money for a while to get that tooth removed.

you could get a loan or something....or you could ask a rich friend to help you out and then pay her back. if its really hurting you that bad then you should really have them pulled, just go to the cheapest dentist you can find, you can slowly pay the dentist in payments.

Well, my mother is a dentist, so I think you really should go as soon as its possible. I would say till then try to change painkiller - like Novalgine, Ibalgine (not because they are better, but because your organism got used to Nurafen and Panadol, thats the reason they dont help anymore) Oh, and the greatest thing that almost always helps is CLOVE. Try it, if you can buy essential clove oil, than it will surely help, but you can buy any form of it, just rub it on the gum around the teeth hurting more times. Go to Tijuana they have affordable prices for teeth care.  Costs about half the price than they do here.  I know many people that do this.
