I Can't Create A 360 Account :( Any Help?

When I Register I Click On Finished Then This Comes Up:

UPDATE:

I suspect that you are using an e-mail address that's connected to an ISP. It's best to create a Yahoo ID of your own.

Set up a completely new account by going to any Yahoo sign-in page and clicking "Sign Up" on the lower right side (http://mail.yahoo.com , is preferred).

Then, http://360.yahoo.com and activate the 360 for that new ID (click the "Get Started" button). When you're done, the page will redirect to the main page. Click the "Yahoo!360 Home" link to get into the space.
