I Can't Decide Between Salt Lake City And Boise When It Comes To Starting A New Life ?

This really depends on what type of persion you are. If you are a conservative or mormon (ugh) I would recommend SLC over Boise. Boise has a more exciting downtown area with alot of bars and restaurants. They are both similar as far as demographic area mountains, skiing, outdoor stuff. SLC gets alot more snow in the winter, Boise will get snow but usually melts within a single day but stays in the mountains. SLC's population is about 2,000,000 vs. about 625,000 in the boise area. You may find more job opportunities in SLC because of the size difference and because they have a booming economy. Boise has grown alot recently but has now slowed and many people are loosing thier jobs. Overall its all up to you!

If you are a Mormon then Salt Lake city. If anything else, Boise.

SLC has amazing recreation at your fingertips.  It is also a gorgeous place to live.  Depending on your lifestyle the biggest thing to think about is culture.  In SLC mormons run everything so it can be hard to find diversity.  Once you do however you will find a lot more of it.

There is way more to do in SLC, plus, it is easier to get in and out of if you are a frequent traveller.
