I Can't See My Start Bar But When I Do a Screenshot i see the start bar all the way on the bottom and 2 screens?

I dont know if my exe is corrupted or something

and Oh yea My Computer is an Emachines T406O With Windows XP

Try right clicking on your desktop and selecting "Properties."  Then check your settings to see what your screen resolution is; you may want to set it to higher numbers.  Anyway, there's a "Troubleshooting" button there where you can snoop around to find other ways of getting it back.  Or use your Help icon and search for Toolbar and see what you find as suggested fixes.  It may be as simple as you've somehow selected full screen or something like that; it may be that your resolution is off.  It could be several things.  If your computer is still in warranty, call the Emachines people or Microsoft and ask their Help Desk people for a solution.

Also, check out the "+" and "-" buttons on your monitor.  You may be able to get the toolbar back by manipulating those settings.
