Call them and complain. Ours had the same problem and we got sky plus for free. It is the best invention known to man!

is the weather bad? try doing this.

go to services

then system setup.

then press 01 select

lnb setup should come up

press select then on the menu turn you LNB power supply off.

then save new settings.

go back turn your LNB supply back on. then save new settings

then new installation. it should scan and then it should be ok

try switching it off at the mains, pull the plug out leave it for 2minutes pull the veiwing card out ,wipe the card then put it back together,sky told me to do this,if this dosent work kick it

If the dish has not moved then it sounds like the LNB has failed and will need replacing.

take the plug out from the socket for 2 mins, put the plug back in, then leave it for 2 mins then turn it off. It should go to a sky learning channel......if this doesnt work then call a sky man.

try twisting the wires at the back of the box....sometimes they can come lose

otherwise ring sky and they can do a signal check for you
