I Cant sleep?........

Ive got alot of stuff on my mind lately....

Im not sure if thats got to do with it though?I have tried going to sleep but i just feel panicy and think that im going to die, or theres something wrong with me.. like a bad illness? What can i do? im not sure?........

  1. perhaps you are having panic attacks. my dad has them and has to take zoloft. You should go to the doctor.


  2. have a nice hot long bath and think of all the good thing that happened to you and all the new good thing that might happen to you or speak with family and friends that what their there for to help you when you down.  



  3. Hi There!  Well, it is true when they say 'Things always seem worse at night'!  It's very true, it's dark, gloomy, you think more at bedtime.

    I mean, Do you really have that many fears?  Are you unfit or ill, to make you worry so?  Are you depressed? If you are, you shouldn't go on without seeing your doctor as soon as possible. Tell him about your nights.  I have two anti-depressants, One I take in the day and one I take at night as I cannot sleep without it, generally and they are quite drastic.

    The doctor will help you. Don't let the fact that you cannot sleep pass him by, let him kow it's important!

    On the other hand, you may be worrying over nothing, really, when you say there may be something wrong with you.

    Just think realistically, cause as the morning approaches, things tend to seem normal don't they? Good Luck with everything.


  4. Nobody here can truly help you unless they know what exactly is going on right now in your life. There has to be a reason behind all this. If you'd like to talk, just msg me or something and we can talk. If you don't want to talk, then just pray about how you're feeling. This type of stuff happens to many people, including me. You're not alone.

  5. take a couple benadryll try two if not four is also safe also talk to your doctor if this continues to be a problem

    However, you could try solving difficult math questions until you doze off. Or you could try to run a nice scenario through your head, like say you might meet someone new tomorrow.

    It'd be nice if you could focus on this rather than death.

  9. Control your life and have dominance over it. Stop letting your mind control you. You're suppose to control your mind. When you listen to bullshit out of your head your mind is controlling you. I know what you're talking about. Your thinking to hard about things. Put a fan on yourself and let it blow on you and calm down. That feeling will go away.  

  10. Do you wake up feeling very hot if so try sleeping with the window open, or if your budget allows buy a summer quilt of around 4 tog. Hopefully this might ease your uneasy sleep patterns..........All the best
