I Confess confident to claim July Handicap title
I Confess is quite confident to claim the ace title of the Summer Wedding Fayre Here On 29th July Handicap, a high-stakes Class 5 contest that will take place at Redcar racecourse on Tuesday, June 5. The action will begin at 3:10 (GMT).
On the good to firm course of 1 mile and 1 furlong, the Geoffrey Harker-trained brown gelding will test his racing credentials against 10 rivals such as Whitby Jet, Tartan Gunna, Buzz Law, Count Bertoni, Come Here Yew, Goodness, Highlife Dancer, Al Furat,
Sinatramania and Transmit.
The winner will be awarded the cash prize worth £1,941.
I Confess owns a decent track record. The seven-year-old experienced sprinter has won 14 of total 88 starts to date. The talented horse elegantly accomplished a classic triumph in Play DA Vinci Diamonds At Bluesq.Com/Games Handicap on February 11, 2012.
This was his last success.
The brilliant son of Fantastic Light out of Vadsagreya moved on to finish 4th against 11 rivals on February 18. He finished 6th in each of his last two outings.
If I Confess manages to capitalise well on his inherent racing capabilities and vast experience, he will have up to 90 percent chances to finish first in the July Handicap.
Among the other runners, Come Here Yew and Whitby Jet are likely to perform well today.
Come Here Yew elegantly bagged a couple of consecutive runner-up ranks during August-September 2011. The Declan Carroll-trained novice runner proceeded to finish second in his last outing on May 21, 2012.
On the other hand, Whitby Jet nicely finished as a runner-up against 10 competitors against his last start on May 23, 2012. Prior to this, the trainee of Edward Vaughan had gained a 8th and a 4th position in the month of April.
Each one of this duo will show enough resistance against I Confess.
Though the competition will fairly be tough but I Confess is likely to make his way towards victory convincingly. The event will be interesting and amazing to watch. Good luck to all the contestants who are set to entertain their fans today.
