  1. It can't possibly be identified with that amount of information.  It could be anything.  Do not take it.


  2. idk...Rx pills have part of  the NDC on there to be able to identify them...or have the part of the brand imprinted on the pills,or the strength..i would call poison control.

If it has no marks or imprints it probably isn't a prescription drug.  Might be like a vitamin or something.  Prescription pills always have some sort of marking or imprint so that they can be identified.  Try pillfinder.com or some website like that, i doubt it will give you any useful info in this case though.  Good luck!
