I DESPERATELY NEED HELP IDENTIFYING A SONG?

aloha everybody,

this is it. the very last resource i have in trying to identify a song. my fingers are crossed and i will be holding my breath.

im not sure who sings it and i do not know the lyrics all that well but it is something i really would like to add to my playlist. its been bugging me for weeks now and i am hoping someone out there can put this to rest

it is about life and death. an old man (woman) passes away. an angel opens her eyes/closes her eyes (or maybe its opens her wings/closes her wings). also mentions how in one room a baby is born but down the hall(?) you can here crying (implying a baby had passed away maybe).

well thats all i can recall.

please help me. i sincerely appreciate your time with this.
