Why is it that when I use the calf extension machine I can set the weights to 90lbs but when I do the calf raises machine I can hardly do 35lbs without grunting and making horrible faces! Why can't I do 90lbs on the calf raises machine too? Is the calf raises machine better than the calf extension machine?Also, can I build muscular looking calves in like, 4 months?I perfer if you can answer all three questions. Thanks for your knowledge!
