  1. They can't charge your account unless you give them the information.

    Unless someone stole your identity.

Go to your bank and deny the charge. Unless they have something that says you gave them permission the bank should be able to help out.

  2. Are you talking of a Yahoo service? Then complain straight to that product's customer service -- eg. if it is a web hosting account or something.

This is Yahoo Answers where ordinary people like you and me gather to ask and answer questions. You won't get a response from Yahoo here.

How come they got your bank account number? Where did you give your bank account number? If they charged it on your credit card, you could easily dispute the charge with your card.

If it is your bank account, you need to go to your bank and tell them that

    - you did not authorize the charge and if they could reverse it and give you back your money

    - block this company from getting money from your bank account next time

  3. Call your bank and decline the charge.  They may make you fill out a form stating that you did not make this charge etc and then they will credit your account.  The Bank may offer to change your account number so it does not happen again.  It has happened to me 3 times in the past 2 years.  1 Bank account 1 credit card account.  It all got fixed, so should yours.  Good Luck!

  4. Who are you asking?
