  2. why dont you eat lunch at school.. You should you know....oK, enough of me being a mom..

    How about a fruit bar..?

  3. apple juice cracker candy just to name a few

  4. I dont know where you are, but im in Australia and I used to drink "Sanitarium Up and Go's" when I didnt get time to eat!... If you cant find this in your supermarket look in the cereal/juices isle for a protein drink, you can get them in the little container with straws like juice boxes... they provide you with protein and energy so theyll make you less hungry and and give you a little get up and go for the rest of the day!! =) (and they come in delicious flavours)!!

Or try mixed nuts and/or seeds!... nice and filling but dont do them salted or theyll make you thirsty!

  5. wow you really should be eating lunch if possible.  are you not hungry?  do you feel sleepy in class?  here are some good non messy and not big snacks.  granola bars, fruit juices, crackers, Goldfish crackers, cashews, or teddy grahams, raisins

  6. I love sneaking food in class. Because I really don't want to buy food at lunch. :)

    Hmm.

Cheerios. Cap'n Crunch. Fruit Loops. Different kinds of cereal. Goldfish. Oreo Thn Crisps. The kind of stuff you'll find in the small snacks aisle at Walmart. Bottled water flavored with propel powder for a drink, so you can have that in all of your classes and they won't know its propel.

  7. Juice Boxes

    Soda

    Bottled Water

    Cereal

    Pretzels

    Nuts

    Thin Mints

    Popcorn

    Carrot Sticks

    Pepper Strips

    Apple

    Dried Fruit

    Rice Cakes

    Trail Mix

    Banana Bread

  8. Granola bars. Brownies. Rice Krispies.

  9. I have the same issue.

I don't know about your school, but at my school, they let you carry around bags with your books in it. I just keep my lunch in there..

What I do is fill a water bottle up with cranberry juice (or some fruit juice. Sometimes tea), pack some carrots, cauliflower, or celery, make a turkey, ham, or bologna sandwich, and add some sunchips, or other chips. and 100 cal. packs of cookies.

Other times I'll make a salad. Nothing with lettuce or empty calories.

I try to find really dark greens that don't have the word lettuce in their name, and pile on some bacon bits or chicken. Shredded carrots, or little pieces of strawberry add some flavor, and I add a tiny bit of dressing. Not very much through. I put it in a plastic bowl that I can take home to clean and use again.

If I'm in a hurry in the morning however, I have an instant chocolate drink (I think it's called instant breakfast. It comes in a yellow box) that tastes really good and gives you energy throughout the day. I'll drink that during classes to keep me going.

Some other good snacks are Jell-O fat free pudding, Balance Bars, Quakes rice cakes, bakes tortilla chips, or fruit salad.

  10. Luna bars fill me up (and is healthy), Goldfish, and some dried fruits are my favorites

  11. om get some of those little bags of things like cheez its & oreos. & stuff like that. && chewy bars are good 2.
