  1. ask ur mom

  2. If you don't have your number, you must not have your card, right?  So why not check the "Official" source... The Social Security Administration!  Here's a link to the web site with how to get a new card:

  3. http://www.ssa.gov/ssnumber/

  4. This will require a trip down to your local social security office, this will need to be done in person and can not be done over the phone or by mail.  Be sure to bring your original birth certificate and a picture id.  Parents are usually requested/required to apply for a social security number upon the birth of a child (at least it has been for over 20 years).  This number is needed for tax returns your parents filled out, health insurance, school registration, etc.  If you plan on getting a job, the card will need to be provided upon hire to complete the paperwork (so get it asap).  It will take a good 4 - 6 weeks to get it in the mail.

Try to get ahold of the number, it will help in filing for a replacement card.

  5. Go to the human services department and ask them that you need a new ss card.

  6. secretary of state.....or the immigration office

  7. Call or go to the local SS dept where you live, make sure you have your birth certificate with you to prove you are that person. They will give you a temp. paper and send you the official card in the mail.

  8. its a pain in the *** to get it back

  9. You have to call up the county in which you were born in or call the state and they can send you out one. It might cost you though.
