I Feel Sad For No Reason

I had this problem befor... i took a anti-depressant, called St. Johns Wart...

My last "depression stage" was about 5 months ago..

it lasted about 2 weeks.

I email'd a guy who specialises in helping people get over depressions,

he said, " you'll get over it"

By the way, its not one of those hormone problems... im past that..

Because of me, my family is falling apart. We get into bad arguments every day.

Im still taking Anti-Dapressants... (twice the dosage) and nothings working...

PLEASE HELP ME!

You need the help of a psychiatrist.  Nobody on here can help you with your depression problem, and nobody on email can either.  You need to discuss your problems with a professional who can evaluate you and get you on the correct medications for you.
