I Feel really sick and don't know how to treat it! HELP!?

Okay I have a really bad headache, I am also getting really pale, and if I move my head it hurts.Plus,whenever I close my eyes for awhile then reopen them I see black dots or it turns black for a few seconds! What should I do? Thanks

It sounds like you have a migraine. The way I cope with them is take some painkillers and go and get a warm washcloth. Then place the washcloth over your forehead and eyes and lie in a darkened room. This should help relieve the pain. You will  probably feel drained after the headache is gone. I hope you feel better! Next time you go to the store buy something like Excedrin Migraine, it really helps. If you keep getting them, go to your doctor they can prescribe something.
