  1. i think u will have to format ur computer. i think u go to run then type cmd then type format (but im not sure about the last part). but warning, after u format ur computer, it will be completly erased, including windows or watever u have. u should find out where u have to take ur computer to get windows reinstalled. id also suggest saving all important files to a flask drive, floppy dosk, etc.hope this helps

  2. Try taking the memory out and then put it back in!

  3. Sorry but pretty much the only way to tell what the problem is in your situation is to replace different parts. If you go to a retail store you can return whatever you buy. In your situation it can only be the ram, the graphics card, or the mother board. Pray that its not the mother board. Seeing that your computer is detecting the memory I would go out and buy a cheap Ge Force graphics card and see if that solves the problem. They do go out often. I believe Circuit City, witch is where I work, sells a geforce 6200 for 59.99. I would defiantly try that first and like I said, you can return it if that's not the problem. Good luck to you.

  4. Lookup the manual for your motherboard. Usually, there is a jumper that you short to clear the CMOS to factory default.

If you can't find a manual (real or online), locate the battery and remove it. Leave it out for at least 10 minutes. Put it back in. The CMOS will be cleared.

    Good luck,

  5. You need to get your recovery cd and then it will guide you to get your recovery. It has something to do with the space and overloading pr grams that make it slow.
