  1. Its nothing to be worried about. I have had braces when I was younger and they helped me. When they say fitting they mean getting a sample of your teeth so they can make braces to fit your teeth and gums.

What they do is get a plastic gum shaped object and fill it with green mold. They will tell you to open up and he will push it on your top row of teeth and use another and push it on your bottom row of teeth. They will keep it on for about 5-10 seconds and then remove it. That is what they call fitting. You may get little hard green bits in your mouth from the mold, but its ok just get rid of them with a drink that is provided next to the chair.

Once you have your fitting done your samples will be sent off and you will need to wait for your braces to come. Once they have come you will got to have them actually put on. It doesnt hurt and will be done within 15 minutes or so.

    Hope this helps. Bankzy10 =]
