The following works every time (from my experience and feedback from others):

http://cm.my.yahoo.com/switch

Either click on that, or enter it into your address line. Then click on the big box confirming that you're sure you want to go back, and the old my.yahoo should come up for you!

That's it!

It just worked for me after MUCH surfing for the RIGHT answer.

I hate the Beta Yahoo as well. What a joke. Content forced on you. The link above worked fine for me; I was finally able to switch back to the original My Yahoo page I created.. Thankyou.
