  2. I am writing this just to give some idea because nothing is known.Voltage range,what kind of cable,what is the cross section of the cable?10 motors,10kW each ( as much as I understand) and the distance for each motor to transformer is 100 mt.

    If the voltage range is 380Volts and three phase feeding.According to our regulations voltage drop is allowed up to %3.According to power you must use 4x6 mm2 cable.Than  voltage drop %will be 0,0206 ( than you will have 7,83 Volt voltage drop. 380- 7,83= 372,16 volt at the motors)
