I HAVE A 360 PROFILE, SO WHY WON'T IT LET ME USE IT AS MY "AVATAR"!!!!i?

I want to use the picture from m yahoo 360 profile. I noticed it was an option when choosing what you want your display pic to be. From my 360 profile I searched the web for yahoo answers, and went to change my picture. It didn't show the picture!!!! grrrrr!!!!!

please help, i don't know what to do, thank you:)

Go to Yahoo 360: http://360.yahoo.com/   then click "My Page" > Edit Personal Photos.

After you've uploaded your pics, come back to the Yahoo Answers page, then click "My Profile" > Edit My Info.

Here you go step by step. Do not skip ANY of these steps. After you do this, wait for up to 24 hrs for your pic to appear.

Click on your profile

Then 360 link (upper right)

then "My Page" (top bar right side)

Then Edit Photos (left column top)

then upload pictures in main page section

Then tick the pic U want to use as Primary

Then SAVE

then close out of 360

Come back here to YA Profile

Edit settings

Scroll Down

Use My 360 Photo

Save

Done!

If you choose to "Create" an avatar like the cartoonish faces you see on here you can go to http://uk.avatars.yahoo.com/

Well.. my friend.. don't feel lonely in your plight! I bet this same question is asked here at least 20 times a day.

Yahoo is doing some changing of the 360 site.. a new profile platform is what they keep telling us they are doing.

Anyway they have stopped doing maintenance on our 360's about 4 months ago.. or more..

This issue you are having is a very common one.. You can read about this transition and why we are falling apart in the 360 by going to the top of any of your 360 pages and clicking onto the Yahoo360News option there.. it will link you .. "MAYBE" ... to the 360 Product Blog. This is all the information anyone has about the problems and promises Yahoo has made to and for us.
