I HAVE A 4-WHEELER BUT WHEN I TRY TO GIVE IT SOME GAS IT CUTS OFF? WHAT SHOULD I DO

you have to shake it. like get on it and rock forward and back. then start it

change the gas filter.

if it has a carburetor check the acceleration pump linkage and plunger

first check to see if your air filter and fuel filter is clean

then you need to take apart your carb and clean it

check the fuel filter and spark plug.  It could also just need a tune up.

When ours did that it turned out to be the choke I think
