THE AMACAUS SEARCH REQUIRES 6 CHARACTERS. BUT MY AIRLINE TICKET HAS ONLY 5 CHARACTERS PNR NUMBER. HOW TO FIND MY TRAVEL ITINERY

  1. Look on the ticket for something called Locator ID or Record ID or Confirmation Code. That's the six-character code you need to look up your itinerary. Many airlines, however, let you look it up online by your credit-card number, frequent-flyer account number, etc.


  2. Yes Amadeus requires you to have 6 characters. The PNR is usually located on the top right hand corner of your e-ticket. If you are sure that you only have 5 digits, you will have to contact the airline and they can easily forward you your itinerary using your ticket number.
