I BOUHG MY XBOX ONE MOUTH AGO AND IS STARTING TO FREEZE PLAY LIKE FOR ONE HOUR AND IT FREEZES CAN SOME ONE HELP ME......I HEAR THE YOU HAVE THREE YEARS WITH MICROSOFT IS THE TRUE

It might  be overheating try to put it in a cooler place.. If that doesnt help then you might be getting the three rings of death... Send it back then

You have one year with microsoft unless you have the three red lights then you get three but i think you should return it and explain the problem to the company you bought it from and if they do nothing then go to microsoft or buy a cooling fan for it. Hope i helped

do u only have one game? try other one

do u keep it in closed place? like a enterinment place with closed door?

and yes microsoft repairs everything for one year and if u have 3 lights thats 3 years
