I HAVE A MATSUI MP3 PLAYER -110MR,WHEN I PLUG IT IN TO MY USB DEVICE IT DOESNT RECOGNISE THE PLAYER.I HAVE DOWNLOADED THE SOFTWARE BUT STILL WLL NOT RESPOND.CAN YOU HELP ME PLEASE?
