The sore tingly p***s can happen if you overdo it.Use a lube.

Pee a lot?

Does it smell bad?Like nail polish remover? Could be a sign of Diabetes.Have that checked.

Small red dots:where on the head?Can be harmless PPP's

Pearly penile papules.

You had better go to see your doctor. It could be some sort of infection. You don't give enough information as to what you did that might have caused this to happen.

Unfortunately, you might have a STD or a VD . My hospital and clinical training tells me you need to see a urologist immediately. Please take care of yourself and be careful on who you spend time with.

possibly it's an infection of some kind, although the red dots sound more like an std - have you been having unprotected s*x? go and see the doctor.

you deffo need to go to the doctor it may be a normal soft tissue infection or it could b a s.t.d but you must go to the docs as if it is a s.t.d it could leave you infertile if untreated and and i know its a cliche but doctors have seen it all before so dnt be to embarrassed to get it looked at and treated

could be herpes from the tingling and the dots might be a rash if they turn into blisters go to the doctor right away in fact you might want to go now it might be a combination between scabies and lice with another STD because they cause a rash

It could be some sort of rash or infection.

It could range from an STD to a yeast or bacterial infection!!!

You could also have a urinary tract infection or be allergic to condoms. Latex?
