  1. You'll be arrested for your warrant. Period.

    No excuses, no exceptions.

Maybe a little time in prison will help you with your inability to spell.

  2. No, because the warrent if issued by the court. it doesnt matter what the issue is / was. But once you turn 18, there is nothing much they can do. You can show the cops the finger. laugh in their face, wait for them to touch you or harras you , then sue them. Make some money, make enemies, and be a free man.

  3. Nope. only way to get rid of a bench warrant is to spend a night in jail or pay the fine....usually around $300-$400. Ive had many in my day, come August 6th I'mm gonna have another one.....life goes on.

  4. bad news man, if you turn 18 the warrant will still be there. The best way to take care of the warrant is- call in and find out how much the bond is. Then get the $ that is needed. Go to the police station/jail/S.O. and turn yourself in. That way they dont tow your car if you get stopped on a T-stop (or come and get you when you dont have $).

So you turn yourself and bond right out. Go through the revolving door take care of the warrant and try to make your next court date.

  5. plain and simple, a warrant is a warrant no matter how old you are. Doesnt matter what its for, who you are, what the reason, you have a warrant, you have a warant, not very complicated to figure out. Best thing to suggest would be to contact the court or police about it stating you are aware that you missed it your court date and want to turn yourself in. By doing so, they usually let you off with just fines. If they have to come and actually pick you up, they won't be so nice.
