  1. I would say not as the impacts could jar the bones. I'm arthritic all over and had a bounce on my daughters trampoline and suffered for it. go to your doctor and ask for a referral to the occupational therapy unit, they will help you plan an exercise routine that suits you.

  2. I feel ur pain. My cuzzin has lower back pain too ! I bought her a nanno ball by weider.. i think? designed for lower back pain..i tink you should pass on the trampoline. Jumping only exerts more pressure on the knee =) So i think that would lead to moe injury. Usu. when i have lower back pain, i run.. But in ur case, aww i feel sorry 4 yu. Oh well hope i helped. Primrose is an idiot. Best of luck!! ^^

  3. I think a trampoline may aggrevate the problem you should look at some form of exercise that is low impact like a cross trainer

  4. Forget the trampoline and get some glasses, you obviously need them and that is why you use the cap lock on!

  5. You might find this link useful.

Never mind about Primrose she's nothing better to moan about it would seem However, it is considered rude to use capital letters when posting anything on the internet as it is seen as a form of SHOUTING!!

  6. You are jesting!!! NO,NO,NO,NO,NOT NOHOW.You can swim ,being careful you don,t kick too hard and put your knee joints out or lose the sensation of feel in your lower body and use of legs.Stay in shallow end of pool. You can do a little roller skating as this is 95% technique and 5 % effort, best in a warm indoor rink.Anything else is risky indeed.Cut your sugar and salt intake,do not drink tonic water with quinine in it.
