  1. Get your PC skills up to date, especially typing. Get your CV up to date and then join temp agencies where you can take of jobs and gradually get you back in to the working environment. This is assuming of course that you are after an office based job. Maybe you could think of doing something you really want to do.

    Don't type in all caps. It's meant to designate screaming, hence not very professional :)  

  3. how is your typing skills?  there is a program on-line that will give you

    typing programs to brush up on speed and data entry.  Temp work is a good way to find out what your comfortable with and what you

    like.
