  1. It could be one of several problems. The first being your condensation line is clogged. It also could be that the catch pan is clogged. If your unit uses a condensation pump to remove the excess moisture, it could be failing.. A stopped up filter, or dirty a-coils could cause the unit to start freezing. Condensation lines can be blown out with compressed air. If you use that method, take precautions, and wear safteyglasses. If you are unfamiliar with A/C units, call a professional., as these units are very finiky, and dangerous.

    Always saftey firrst.    Good Luck

  2. Look at your drain.See if it has a tee fitting on it.If it does, remove the cap if it has one,and grasp it with your hand, like a fist.Take a deep breath and blow into your fist and into the drain line.Do it a couple of times if needed. This will unlog the drain more often than not.

If it doesn't have a tee, shut the power off and remove the panel and see if you can locate the drain hole and remove the blockage that way.

The coil could be froze as well like the above mentioned.Check one thing at a time.Good luck.

  3. Go outside where the condesate line drains and place a wet dry vac on the pipe and let run 5mins, this should clear line!

  4. sounds like the condensation line is clogged and leaking !
