Question:

I HAVENT EATEN ALL DAY IS THIS OK TO GET FROM TACO BELL?

im not on a diet just more of modertaion. i also ran/walked 8 miles the past 4 days and have done 450 crunches the past 2 days 250 1 day 200 the next. i havent been really eating much tho so is this ok to go here just this once and get a crucnch wrap supreme and a chicken quesidilla?

  1. if you haven't much in a while then you must be pretty hungry

    you need to eat something healthy and more filling if you want to make your diet work

    try a salad


  2. Well first off its not really ok to do so work out so much and barely be eating anything. But i would suggest getting the crunch wrap supreme instead of the quesadilla. Unless the crunchwrap has nacho cheese in it (i cant really remember) and if it does, then go with the quessadilla. I would suggest going to subway though. Its a lot less fattening and healthier for you too.

  3. Its totally fine and if you continue to do your crunches and run walk another mile or 2, It Should burn off

  4. Starving yourself is not a good way to lose weight, you'll just binge and put it back on.

    Changing your eating habits will be a lifestyle change, like cutting out the junk food.

    Quit drinking soda and you could lose 15-20 lbs

  5. Taco Bell serves food that's okay nutritionally, but it really has a lot of fat.

    You can eat there once in a while and it would be fine. Just not every day.


  6. You have not eaten enough,you have done too many crunches at one time, and now toy want Taco Bell????? Eat healthy and regularly. Salads. fruit.eggs,and lean meat, whole grain bread. In other words eat more-just NOT Taco Bell. Hope after all those crunches, you have great abs :)  

  7. Yeah, eat something. Your body is starving and needs fuel, and if you always do this, you will end up putting your body through starvation mode and risk gaining weight in the end.

    And don't do crunches daily, your abs need rest.

  8. You need to eat a well balanced diet and you need to eat more. Go ahead and enjoy and get some veggies and fruit too.  

  9. Well I would have something smaller but with what you are doing the occasional unhealthy food is ok.
