  1. These are "embedded" voice commercials in web sites. They could also be spyware installed on your PC without your consent so that they can open their web pages and play the ad. Do this, get free AVG 8.0, or Windows Defender to remove them.

AVG 8.0 is available here: http://free.avg.com/ww.download?prd=afe

Windows Defender is available through Windows Update.

  2. You are probably infected with adware/spyware. Go on google and search up Ad-Aware and Spybot Search & Destroy along with AVG Anti-virus and use those programs to check for viruses.

  3. From the computer Tech:

Here is a good site to use by following their instructions on what bs items are running in the background and things you can turn off:

Click on Start > Run in the box type msconfig and use the linked website to review all start up and service that are no good and you can eliminate.

This will speed up your system as well when you are done it will tell you to restart ...just follow the instructions of the page.  It is a gr888888T one.

The first link is the instructions and the second is the Paul Pacman site which you can type your services in and it will tell you what is garbage.

Hope this helps you, have a gr8 day.
